Renting possibilities
The villa can be rented by physical or juridical persons, for short or long (3, 6, 12 months) or partial, for example 4 weekends in a month.
It can also be requested “social events” with the villa owner’s family (at demand).
The villa can be exchanged with apartments or similar vacation houses outside Romania.
The renting price of the villa is 250 Euro per day and 350 Euro in weekends.
For longer renting periods, like 1 week, 1 month or 1 year the offered prices are more advantageous - please contact us for a quote.
Due to high demand we recommend that you make reservations early especially when you want to reserve the villa for holiday weeks.
